First and Second Experience with Ice!!

Mum and Dad cleaned the freezer out on Saturday

I had great fun playing with the ice that was removed from the freezer

Even when I close my eye when I drop large pieces of the ice to break it up. I couldn't believe how cold my fingers were!!!

On Sunday morning just before 11am we had our first hail storm come through

Enough to make a small snow man

At around 1.30 we had another hail storm come through

I decided I wanted to go outside and sweep it up

Daddy and I throwing ice balls at mummy.

We had several hail storms come through in the afternoon and at one stage we even had floating snow flakes coming down. We spent most of the day in front of the fire to keep warm.
